Dust Apparel ("Dust Apparel", "we", "us") operates dust-apparel.com and Dust Studio. We decide how your personal data is used. Contact: [contact email to add].

• Account: full name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored only as a one-way hash).
• Orders: delivery address, delivery phone number, order contents, notes you add, and order status history.
• Designs: the designs you create in Dust Studio.
• Usage: anonymous information about how the shop is used, such as pages viewed and items added to cart, to improve it. It contains no name, phone or address.
• Staff-entered orders: if you order by WhatsApp or phone, our team types your name, phone and address into our system.

• To process, confirm (by phone call) and deliver your cash-on-delivery order.
• To create and secure your account, including emailing you verification and password-reset codes.
• To produce the custom pieces you design.
• To improve the shop through anonymous, aggregated statistics.
• To keep accounting records and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Our staff see the data they need to handle orders. We use infrastructure providers to run the service: hosting, storage and email providers. They process data on our behalf and only to provide those services. Delivery couriers receive your name, phone and address to deliver your parcel. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not send addresses or phone numbers to analytics tools.

Our providers may store data outside Lebanon. By using the service you accept this transfer.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, save your design drafts on your device, and gather anonymous usage statistics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. You can clear this data in your browser settings; you will be signed out and unsaved drafts may be lost.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, delivery disputes and legal obligations. Accounts are disabled rather than erased so that past orders stay accurate.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to disable your account, by writing to [contact email to add]. We will reply within a reasonable time. Where the law requires us to keep order records, we will keep only those. This policy is intended to respect Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on electronic transactions and personal data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

If you are under 18, please use Dust Apparel with the permission of a parent or guardian.
